Terms and Conditions – 1 Winning Pakistan Betting Platform

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the 1 Winning platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding between you (the player) and 1 Winning (the operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 1 Winning, including sports betting, casino games, poker, crash games, virtual sports, jackpot slots, and any promotional activities. They apply to all registered accounts and all transactions made in PKR through any payment method supported by 1 Winning, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard.

The platform operates in English as the primary language, with customer support available in both English and Urdu for the convenience of Pakistani players. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English text of these Terms takes precedence.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 1 Winning holds its operating licence. All players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws in their own jurisdiction. The platform makes no representation about the legality of online gambling in any specific location.

To register an account at 1 Winning, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 1 Winning operates a strict age verification process and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and for personal use only. Opening accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Any false information — including name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 1 Winning account. One account per person, per household, and per payment method is the strictly enforced rule.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal can be processed, 1 Winning requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves providing a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours under normal circumstances.

Accounts that fail KYC review, or where the information provided does not match the documentation submitted, will be suspended pending further investigation. Balances in suspended accounts are held securely and released upon successful verification or returned to the original payment method if the account is closed.

Deposits: All deposits at 1 Winning are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. No maximum deposit limit applies to verified accounts unless a player-set limit has been voluntarily activated. Deposits are typically credited to your 1 Winning wallet instantly, though in rare cases bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to two hours.

Accepted Payment Methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No third-party payment accounts may be used — deposits and withdrawals must always originate from payment methods registered in the player's own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for standard verified accounts and within 5 minutes for VIP members. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though requests above Rs 1,00,000 may require an additional brief review for fraud prevention purposes.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise arranged with customer support.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance that is clear of wagering is available for withdrawal at any time.
• 1 Winning reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments for amounts above Rs 5,00,000. Players will be notified in advance if this applies.

Transaction Fees: 1 Winning does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your payment provider — such as bank processing fees for IBFT transfers — are outside our control and are the responsibility of the player.

1 Winning offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before the bonus amount — or winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all 1 Winning promotions:

• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports bets contribute at reduced rates. The specific contribution table is always published on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum bets while using bonus funds are Rs 1,000 per round or spin. Bets above this threshold while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses are for use on the 1 Winning platform only and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 1 Winning reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice before any such changes take effect.

Refer a Friend: The 1 Winning Refer a Friend programme pays a PKR reward when a referred player registers, verifies their account, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Full terms for the current referral programme are published on the Refer a Friend page and are updated periodically.

All bets placed at 1 Winning are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as well as these general betting terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed on 1 Winning, it cannot be edited or cancelled unless the specific game type includes a cash-out or pre-match cancellation feature, which will be clearly indicated.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market type. These are always displayed on the betting interface before placement. 1 Winning reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual markets at any time.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being published, proven match-fixing in the underlying event, or force majeure events. Voided bets have the stake returned in full.
• Odds errors: If odds are published at clearly erroneous values due to a technical fault, 1 Winning reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Players who knowingly bet on erroneous odds will have their accounts reviewed.
• Virtual sports and casino games are governed by their own specific game rules in addition to these terms. Results are determined by certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness.

For sports betting specifically, 1 Winning follows industry-standard rules for settlement of all major sports markets. Football results are settled on the official 90-minute result including injury time. Cricket markets settle on official competition results as declared by the governing body. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 1 Winning account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 1 Winning will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat.

• Use a unique, strong password for your 1 Winning account — do not use the same password across multiple platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an additional layer of security.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members. Any activity on your account is your responsibility regardless of who performed it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 1 Winning support immediately. We can temporarily lock the account while the issue is investigated.

1 Winning is not liable for any losses incurred through unauthorised account access that results from the player's failure to protect their credentials. We will, however, investigate all reported cases promptly and take appropriate action where unauthorised access is confirmed.

1 Winning is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent banning from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with 1 Winning games without human input
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform for financial gain
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game
• Using VPN services or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your identity
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose including bonus harvesting
• Attempting to launder money or use 1 Winning for any unlawful financial activity
• Chip dumping or any form of match manipulation in poker tournaments

1 Winning uses advanced monitoring technology to detect all of the above. Detection methods include but are not limited to: device fingerprinting, IP analysis, betting pattern analysis, real-time fraud scoring, and periodic manual review. Players found to be in violation will not receive advance warning before suspension.

• Account cooling-off — a 72-hour pause on account activity, no questions asked

While we work hard to maintain continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events.

Our total liability to any player arising from any cause of action — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Your continued use of 1 Winning after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1 Winning holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the platform, we strongly encourage players to contact our customer support team in the first instance — the vast majority of issues are resolved quickly and fairly without needing any formal process.
